he is putting on weight at a ridiculous rate and its getting harder and harder for him to shed it, ferguson even said its going to take him 4 or 5 games to get match fit and he is only 26. imagine what he is going to be like when he is 30.

Its partly his fault there was a documentary on him a few years ago showing how he put on weight in his early teens when he wanted to be a boxer, and now he is paying for it.
can see him going to madird at the end of the season until he is 30 and then probably to the US to do what becks did and finish there.

Why does everyone assume he will come here? He is on 200k a week. He has always been about the money look at how many sponsors he has. We wouldnt pay half that to an overweight 30 something and nor should we, he can fook right off.

would like to see him make a big money move so we can get some of the sign on fee. not really arsed about how he left any more, would welcome him back here if he strengthens us and actually loves the experience. a little bit of investement from him wouldn't go a miss either, he could be like our santa
