The players we haven't bought is the issue - that and our terrible tactics, team selection and lack of pace.
Honestly am not sure HOW you can disagree with him. He has stated facts, not conjecture or opinion. We have set up with 5 at the back and 2 defensive midfielders on a couple occasions and look completely vulnerable most of the time. We don't press like he stated many times is what he wants and he bought players that done or can't do that as well. We don't have any clear thought of what he is trying to accomplish.I can only reply I disagree with your position at present. I think he is in the hazardous process of changing the team to suit his vision, which is the cause of all second season problems. Hence I am prepared to be patient. As ever it's subjective.
and he told you this personally did he?
Well he told me that he'd to him, lose this and your gone.

Even if we lose tomorrow, i can't see him getting the sack.
To be fair he had done well under trying circumstances at Southampton and consequently had premier league experience. He wasn't top of my list , Favre was my pick, followed by the Spaniard now at PSG I think,(sorry his name evades me at present).
But we have no say in these decisions and can only deal with what we are given, which is a metaphor for life in general really.

Wonder if Bill has actually told him yet that we don't actually own the training ground.
If Holland approached him/us and it was agreed he could go we'd have no compensation to pay him surely? Knowing our luck (and his) we'd sack him, pay £10m out and he gets the national team job!
Seriously though, a win tomorrow and we can get things going. Nothing less is needed now.
Maybe not. But follow that up with a defeat at home to Arsenal and he'll be lucky to survive it. Hopefully its all conjecture as we get a win tomorrow.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...er-Ronald-Koeman-backed-Toffees-chairman.html

Agreed. It can't go on.That’s what we thought after Bournemouth
Season starts here and all.
Then along came Limassol and Burnley
Fingers crossed the Dutch come a’ calling, though![]()
Are you still a fan of Quique Setien? He seems to be getting a tune out of Betis at the momenthe wasnt a bad appointment by any means, but IMO he was a guarantee of us not getting any further than the best of the last two bosses....at best. unambitious
