Ronald Koeman discussion

We just needed one player . Just a strong player who can hold the ball . Wasn't expecting a Drogba type player just an decent tall man .
What hurts the most is the good business the RS have done .

Feel like I won't be able to fully judge Koeman this season after we kind of let him down in a couple of positions.

Can't see how anyone can expect better than 6-8th this season.

Yeah we got lots of shiny players but goals win games.

If I was Koeman I would be FUMING with the board. How long as he been saying he needed another striker and defender.

7th place trophy it is then

We've had all summer to get a striker and didn't.

What we did was over pay for players that didn't need much convincing to come.

Look at Swansea. Lost a playmaker and striker, got replacements in straight away.

You telling me Ronko thought Lukaku was gonna stay this year?

He's and the rest of them are all at fault. Now he's got to earn his money after spending £200million and stop whinging.

I don't think Koeman can be blamed. We must have ran out of money. Think if Barkley hadn't done his hamstring then he would've gone and we'd have spent that money on a striker.

Completely agree, this is on Koeman. We needed strengthening down the middle, goalie, two centre halves & two strikers. That should have been our priority, yet we've spent £80 million in other areas. Team looks to have no pace and the squads imbalanced.

We've got a totally imbalanced squad, Koeman's blown £80 million on midfielders when he should have bought a centre half and a striker.

Said it yesterday.

How can the board expect koeman to succeed if they don't fully back him in the market? We go into September without a main striker and one or two injuries from having both a striker and defensive crisis. We have already had one striker crisis this season and it's only been 3 weeks.

So if we struggle this season and some fans turn on koeman then simply ask yourself, would we not be doing better if we had bought a striker , another goal scorer? If this is koemans team then he has built a side yo support a striker the board didn't go out and buy in the end.

Next coach please

He is going to utterly bore me with the 'football' he will serve up with this collection of footballers they have thrown together

We should go for Laszlo Panaflex.

He's established some discipline at the club, seems to have got the players fitter and done a revamp of the squad.

He spouts the party line about The Project, so he'll be quite popular with the bosses. He's by no means the worst manager we've ever had and yet I doubt he'll be much missed when he eventually goes.

In my view, never going to be a great manager anywhere because I doubt his ability to motivate just above average players.
