Egg and spoon at the school sports day is always won by kids. Although I think it's a fix as I've never seen an adult in the race. Perhaps they get knocked out in the earlier rounds??

Their best youngsters like Sims, McQueen, Reed and Stephens are all preparing to be part of a cup final mate, that's why they weren't involved in a meaningless U23 match.

In fact, it was Koeman who brought him into the first team fold on the South Coast.
