I can never tell whether you're being serious.Seeing that tree was like a slap in the face, the fella has made a less than impressive start to the season and then goes and shows a complete disregard for the feelings of Evertonians by pulling a stunt like that.
I think most of us were willing to let him build a team and give him time, well I'm afraid any goodwill towards him has gone after this. Good to see he thinks it's all one big joke though with his comment about red wine, hahaha good one you fat headed gimp.

It's not the full quote though is it, if you left out the part where he states that maybe the problem is the players we have and were trying to change that?“Southampton was really a sloppy start. If not they can’t score after 40 seconds.
“The Swansea game was difficult because the role of Sigurdsson makes it difficult for us.
“We need to have that aggression in the game. We have to put ourselves with that aggression. It’s not good that you need something external to bring that aggression.
"Maybe it is the type of players we have - but we’re trying to change that."
That's the full quote Dave

I'd like to hear him talking about coaching this lot rather than what he's going to get to replace them. He does coach doesn't he?

No David, hes not a Coach, hes a football manager.
Ok, it's in context. But how does it change the view anyone could hold that he wasn't pointing at others and saying he'd replace them?I haven't left it out - it's the bottom line of the quote...

Thanks for that synopsis, but could I just ask if you'd asterisk the fume points for me, I'm obviously having trouble recognising them. Cheers. Here are the key points:
- The red Christmas tree was his wife’s mistake... but he doesn’t take things too seriously.
- Koeman ‘is a blue... but likes a glass of red wine!’
- Hard work & aggression the key to finding form.
- Pressure on United because of title race.
- Besic set for February training return.
- No update on the future of James McCarthy.
- Other than Besic, Koeman has fully fit squad to choose from.
Coaches players doesn't he? I'd hoped he could come in and coach our back four to make it a solid foundation to continue to play our attacking football on.
That hasn't turned out to be the case. All he's done is shifted the whole team back 20 yards. That's not great for £6m per season really is it?
