Martinez's signings and his coaching of existing players like Stones/Barkley: providing Koeman with his transfer money for the next four windows at least...because that Moshiri character wont be providing any.

Saw somebody on Twitter earlier claiming we all should be very worried.

I pointed out that we're seventh and level on points with Utd, and at that time were two behind Spurs (obviously that has now changed).

Not a great day today of course, and the gutless reaction to Chelsea is crap. Players and manager equally to blame, though having watched Koeman's full 10 minute presser I can at least take solace in the fact that he laid into them for being 'harmless' and 'not showing a reaction' until they were behind.

He doesnt need to.

When we sell that manchild upfront and get the Sky money in we are sorted.

Unless you want him to spend money just for the sake of it?

No knives are out mate, you're setting up a straw man argument by claiming that. What's happening is that at last - and after all the fawning over him as some sort of great catch for us - he's being critiqued for his performances alone...and he's been found wanting big style after the initial new manager boost period ended.

I said to my mate after 20minutes "We wont react until we concede", its painful sometimes when im correct.

I wouldn't trust him tbh. Sissoko and Depay he'd buy for about £60M....having already spunked £30M on that beaut Bolasie

You might get away with that with some people David, but not me, you have moaned about Ronny since the day he signed, nobody would have been good enough for you after your Roberto. We won 4 games in 5 and you complained about the football, if it wasnt so comical I would laugh.

I put as much emphasis on style as results, it's true. However, we've had neither for well over two months.

I take it you're happy with that.
