Ronald Koeman discussion

As Khalekan said, his apparent lack of enthusiasm is slightly disconcerting, but he needs to be given a proper chance. Get results and he can talk all the utter guff he wants

Exactly, Prev.

Bobby was talking the exact same boobalooks in his first season as he was in the second half of his last season.

Did anyone care?

Did anyone even notice?.

Not on yer nelly.

If the team is playing well and winning games then all is well in the world.

;)

Ditto for Ronald.

If and when we start playing well and string a few good results together, his disinterested appearance will cease to be a thing among fans.

We have had two months of absolute dross and it is only natural people are going to focus on what they are seeing on the pitch and comment accordingly.

Disagree. He's done himself no favours whatsoever and the blood is in the water. Downturns will be less tolerated under such a disinterested and aloof manager. The only way he gets past that now is winning something here. Winning trophies trumps almost anything.

the guy said that Lukaku is good enough to play for Barcelona and that Liverpool look very impressive. does football effect everyones life enough that when our manager talks the truth (no matter how difficult to hear) that we hate him. how many people say "Liverpool are looking very good this season"? quite a few, because they are. I don't know why he mentioned that about Lukaku but was he not correct? he could be good enough to play for barca and we are not close to where they are.

But he's not an Everton man.

But he's being disrespectful talking about our rivals like that.

But he's not even that good.

But he's only using us as a stepping stone.

But he's trying to sell our best players.

But he says mean things about the players.

But he doesn't play the youth.

lol lol lol
But ok

Correct, Mike.

Before a ball was kicked he was telling the whole world, including the manager of our opening opponents Spurs, that the team was "only 70% fit".

Many were scratching their heads at such naive "honesty".

Or stupidity.

Is that like when Roberto Martinez told everyone Niasse was only 50% fit and then brought him on for 20 minutes when we had 10 men against West Ham?
