If he'd made a position his own and done better with us, Moyes probably would have put up more of a fight to keep him.

Always sounds harsh and petty to say this, but we genuinely won't miss him and with the signing of Mirallas, we'll likely be a far better team. Maybe the day will come when we don't have to sell anyone to buy the likes of Mirallas, but unfortunately that's a whole other pandora's box about getting in a new owner, for another thread.
