No harm to Pickford but Olson gives me a greater sense of security in the two games we have seen him.

I would keep him in nets.

I think the best compliment from yesterday is you didn't notice him too much. Just did his job and didn't create an issue from nothing.

Was a pretty solid, competent, performance. I thought Pickford was a little bit unfortunate to be dropped after a couple of improved performances but Olsen does seem a lot calmer and less...pickfordy.

Even watching I feel calmer with him in goal, there were zero incidents last night in the box, what you want really.

Hopefully this lad's performance will cause Pickfotd to raise his game as he has real competition now and is one big blunder away from being out of the side for a run of games.

Either way good for us.

What I’ve noticed about him is that his kicks actually travel up the pitch and don’t spiral in the air and die flat half way inside our own half, because he doesn’t lean back and randomly windmill his arms around putting him off balance. I like him, he’s just normal.
