Funny that because in a weird way, he did represent Everton and still does. Anyone familiar with the "Soccerbus" service from Sandhills Station may have seen the publicity poster that has a player in blue and a player in red. For anyone that hasn't seen it, its an illustrator/photoshop jobby of two players with their heads missing, challenging for a ball.

The original photograph that those imaginative souls at the Merseytravel Marketing Department ripped off is of Robbie Savage and, ahem, someone else.

In all fairness...I'd want to kill myself if I could've had the option but decided I sooner be a bell for whatever reason.

I too think he's alright. Willing to laugh at himself, which is more than most footballer do.

That's it completely. It's the same reason I like Jimmy Bullard. Most footballers just have massive egos and no humility.
