Right now I'd take any striker. Paul Dickov could have at least had 2-3 prem goals by now if he played with Bainsey.

It would worth signing him just to hear him say, "This is a dream come true. Everton was the team I supported as a young lad" and then after he's a bust and gets shipped to Stoke City we'll get to hear him say "This is a dream come true. I was the biggest Wolves, uh Potters, fan in Ireland growing up."

If Keane is no good because he can't get in the Spurs side, then the same must be true of Kranjcar. Just for comparison, Bily has scored 7 goals in 31 games for us compared to Kranjcar's 6 in 27 for Spurs.
