After the signings of Cleverley and Deulofeu and what Martinez said about both a few weeks ago I do think we may be able to interpret who at the very least he has a genuine interest in bringing to the club.

Sometimes he simply says there is no interest and sometimes he can be quite coy . Regarding Deulofeu he never said that we were not interested but that it was unlikely Barca would be able to do anything because of their circumstances. Their "circumstances" has not prevented them from both selling and buying.

Cleverly was playing for another club and he wouldn't talk about him apart from the usual that he says about every player and every club..phenomenal.

But, there are times when he simply says the club are not interested.
