Sky sports claims we're watching some guy called riki from deportivo? anyone with any knowledge of his abilities

We were linked with him about 18 months ago on a Spanish footie program, when he was with Getafe.
I like him. Right winger who can play as a second striker. Skillful and with a good shot on him.
Hasn't really gelled at Deportivo, but they didn't kick start their season till after christmas. They bought the Swedish guy Willhelmson in the January window and Riki has been on the bench a bit since then.
Are skysport in anyway reliable as a source for transfer rumours?
I hope they are on this one

just checked wiki, hes 28 this summer. dunno if moyes would go for many over 26/7. he is 6ft1 though.
