Yeh mate done all my Nebosh health and safety courses. Used 2k got another 2k in April then same again next year. I know lots who didn’t use it pal.

I had a ex pongo who was on my Nebosh Construction course. Been outside for 10 years and went into refrigeration. On an absolute bomb now.

That's good to hear. In my experience ex-forces people are regarded as good employees. Organised, disciplined, motivated and hard-working.

But can still get up and do some graft the following morning.
