right hand side

EFCTim Cahill

Player Valuation: £2.5m
I think Moyes should really just go for it and start Coleman and Gueye on the right side of the pitch for the Huddersfield game, the two combinations we've used so far this season have clearly not worked and in one case, weakened the left side, we need to get Baines and Pienaar back on the left and give these two a chance to prove their worth, because the right hand side as it stands is just not good enough, they might both be inexperienced, but the only chance to give them experience is to play them, who knows, doing this could be a catalyst for us to really have a go at pushing on this season but at the moment it's all a bit stale

If Moyes really had any serious intention of sorting out the right hand side he would of done it by now.

He is happy with what we have now, thats obvious.

And its nothing to do with money, plenty of players have been bought in, you don't need to spend £18 million in order to buy a right winger/or a player who can play well there.

Thought Hibbert had a great first half on saturday. Overlapped well and got a few decent crosses in. As for the right side in front of him or Nev or Seamus, a long term fit needs finding so an understanding can be formed like has been mentioned with Pienaar and Baines. Thing is though, as soon as we do find that piece of the puzzle, Pienaar will be off. Two steps forward, three steps back.

Won't happen.

Moyes will play a (what he sees) as a full strength side cause he thinks we can win this Cup.

Which doesn't mean playing a guy you've only previously played due to injuries.

To be fair to Coleman, I can't think of many in the current side that were thrown in quick and expected to achieve. His sum total experience is the loan at Blackpool and a couple of sub appearances and a nightmare situation in Benfica. Bily, Fella, Heit, Baines, Pienaar were all given more time to bed in, and not feel rushed to produce.
Expectation versus Experience, the five I mentioned had all played at much higher levels compared to Coleman before joining us.
Got to give the lad time, Moyes sees him Monday to Friday not us.

In the second half hibbo was demolished by jarvis.

But i'll give him his due, he is a much improved player. Remember all those lofted balls down the flanks which drifted into touch in years gone by?

But surely in the carling cup, Coleman has to get a start...?
