Yes for young unproven players, but I don't think we can be stepping stone for someone already stepping down to join us.

If Ajax are his preferred option, then I don't think signing him is smart.

Story in The Athletic just reminded
me our former head of recruitment is at spurs now, Gretar whatsisname, wonder if his knowlage of our finances has benefitted them in their pursuit.
IF (I’m still unconvinced) he goes to Spurs, I hope we have a sell on as I can’t see them as his final destination.
