I still dont understand why Spurs want him.

They have much better players than him in his position.
I think he'll thrive at Spurs so I'm not sure if I agree with the 'better player' part. I also think he will offer the grit that perhaps some of their players don't posses.

But, I am not sure if he will walk into their XI straight away so paying £50m+ for him is what confuses me.

You dont think Son and Harry Kane are better players?

I have no idea how he would react if he doesn't get the move this window it appears he wants, can we take the risk he wouldn't sulk or down tools? Do we have the finances to risk it?
...Maniacally
I just don't think it's in his nature. As soon as he steps onto the pitch, winning becomes all important to him. Unfortunately he doesn't experience that winning feeling enough here. I feel he will be sold during this window, but, if he isn't, he will just get his head down and continue to give us 100% just as he always does.

Kane is a better forward and Son is brilliant too, but they can play with three up front. Kulusevski is their option on the right, but Son is right-footed so could move.

A front-three of Kane, Son and Richarlison would scare many teams.

Richy isn't getting in ahead of those 3.
