There was a stat a few weeks ago where he'd made more tackles than van Dijk and Gomez combined, which is testatement to how much he tracks back.

He even tracks back to cover for others. It's not a rare sight to see one of our moves break down and for Richarlison to sprint from one corner of the pitch to the other to help out. Add that work rate to the physical and technical qualities he has and you have a real prospect.

Once Carlo has had the opportunity to impose himself on the squad, combined with players returning from injury, I think he will push on even more with his goals.

He works so hard at tracking back, winning balls and digging in where required, but when he's given the real service that he deserves the goals will fly in for him.

He had signed a new 5 year contract about two months ago. He is the future.
