Why the hell would you go to a Reserves away friendly in July and end up fighting with someone over the war in the Middle East?

Some people need to avoid the ale if drinking means they end up acting like a numpty.

Personally I never saw any trouble, though I thought something was brewing when that gang of about 30 Rhyl fans (including the lad in the Man Utd goalie shirt) stood behind one of the goals with the EFC fans in the 2nd half.

Too many Blues were getting bevvied to not say something to the Rhyl fans at that point.

I moved, and went down the other end for the 2nd half, mainly because I was getting sunburnt and that end had a roof & shade, and EFC were attacking the other end. Even that end had some blerts; the cast of the Inbetweeners were abusing the Rhyl stewards to such an extent that a couple of police came down and 'had a word' - these kids were about aged 13/14 mouthing off.

On a more positive note, it has been confirmed that the Rhyl attendance was over 3000.

That's a very impressive gate for an Everton U21 game, especially away from home. Easily 90% of the crowd were Everton fans.

You don't know what was said after the game mate, it was shocking. Like the worst thing.
