The list of promising players we have had coming through is extensive.

Yet in the last 5 years only Ross has made it.

Interestingly, three of those that have (Stones, Galloway and Garbutt) were all signed from other clubs as youngsters. As you say, our track record with academy graduates isn't great (sadly).
