resting players

The Sunderland match is on a replay on FSC right now, and in the first 50 seconds Fellaini and Cahill got knocks to the head. They both turned out to be minor, sure.

But what would you guys think about Moyes resting players during the run-in in preparation for the FA Cup final? I'd like to catch Villa for fifth as much as anyone, but we're already qualified for EL and I really, really don't see us getting passed from behind for sixth.

Can see your argument mate, especially with the injuries we have had this year. I'm a advocat of playing our strongest squad though till the end of the season.

Reason being, we have to build a winning mentality with the players and also, if we rest someone for a few weeks then they come in the final, they may be fresh, but not really match fit.

I agree with tweaking it though like we did on sunday, like bringing Goose in. Little changes here and there but in general, stick to our strongest XI

I don't see the point. I want to finish as high as possible, and playing our best side will also give us the momentum going into the FA Cup final.

Nothing but the best is good enough like?

Gutted, been ill all night, missed the Barca Chelski game. And now Cal has blocked me, life isnt worth living anymore.
