Get this every time i refresh any page. Chrome on PC

Kicks in as soon as I enable Nord VPN it seems. If i disable Nord after enabling it the problem still exists, however, if i then clear history/cache from Chrome the message goes away.

I can confirm that NordVPN seems to be the culprit. If I enable it, then disable it, then go to GOT using EDGE I get the JSON error. If I quit the app the problem goes away. No need to clear the history/cache if the app is closed.
