No, don't think you can. Visitor messages are one alternative, or you can find that persons post and give them a +1 rep.

Ive not seen much neg rep popcorn lately. Usually its good for a good two to three lids a month going mental in the match thread because someone has perfectly timed a sniding tackle on them. A dying art like.
