I've just had a look at your settings and there doesn't seem to be a problem. Log out and then log back in to see if that's sorted it.

Just done that mate and it still says I can't rep anybody for another 8 hours?

I'm not massively fussed, like. Just wondered if it was like that because I'd misbehaved or something.

I had this last week mate.

Groucho turned me silver and it fixed it!
