A sentence is usually a statement with a subject and a verb
If you were referring to the last sentence, which is:
"By yourself a comedy dvd and try again later."
I can't seem to comprehend why the last sentence is missing a 'u'

Magically "By yourself a comedy dvd and try again later." with an extra u becomes "Buy yourself a comedy dvd and try again later." and the meaning changes.

oh was confused as you didn't specify at what position the 'u' was to be placed. Was thinking if it was a suffix or prefix it would be grammatically incorrect.
