I agree. They have nothing to play for.Chelsea are falling to bits so them at home isn't a complete write off
My god there is simply no optimism left in our fan base, let's be realistic we do keep fighting and we seem to be scraping something. Burnley are crap and Leeds are slipping, no game is a given and no loss is a guarantee. My god stop crying and let's have a little hope.
I agree. They have nothing to play for.
...and Chelsea at home gets the crowd off their seats and a big atmosphere.
We can get another 9 points - VERY realistically.
If Burnely dont beat S'ton they are going to bottle it against Wolves.
Pressure ramped up to 110% on Burnley when our equaliser went in.
Its kind of out of our hands a bit now. We could go into the Derby in the bottom 3 now.
I would have taken a draw at 9.15 but I definitely wouldn't at 7.45. We had an opportunity to not be relying on others but we couldn't take it.
I still don't feel confident, we need 8 more points
Nonsense sir.
4 points clear with exactly the same amount of games left to play.
How is it out of our hands?
Even if it was 6 more points, which i think it could end a touch more, we are doing our best to get them in slow motion6 more points will do us I reckon. Eyeing up those Brentford and Palace home games but would love for us to be safe before then.
How is that possible Tim?Its kind of out of our hands a bit now. We could go into the Derby in the bottom 3 now.

They should be one point behind - but they're four behind. And the crushing sense of despair it provokes in Burnley. They were one up at West Ham and had a penalty to seal it. Since that optimistic moment, they have missed the peno, conceded an equaliser, lost a key player to serious injury, and seen their rivals for the drop steal a last gasp point against the odds.
I'm pessimistic at the best of times, but if that was Everton's run of events I'd be seeking out the sharpest Gillettes a man can get.
Means they need to get points from 2 games more than us, we lose tonight and they would go above us with a win tomorrow so it keeps that at bay for now.2games? so if they win both or 4 points it doesn’t isn’t our goal difference worse?
