Relegation 23/24 Thread

To distract myself from life's travails and those of the formerly mighty Blues, I found myself, by chance, browsing through an October 1990 copy of the now sadly defunct Record Mirror. This was, basically, "my time" - I was 18 then, so I have an affinity with the 1980s and 1990s. Anyway, I digress. I chuckled to myself when I saw a feature called "The Meaning of Life", the conceit of which was to ask a celebrity a series of profound questions. The celebrity in question was none other than The Word host Terry Christian, the world's most Mancunian man. So far, so mildly diverting. Then, as I read, I happened on a question that stopped me in my tracks:

Is there any escape?

I have entered the Time Tunnel. I'm no longer 18 and no longer have happening spiky hair. But some things truly never change. Sigh.

So we've gone from a team that doesn't score anything not under him, to a team that can score from set plays under him - ill take that.

Tarks and Onana don't really score much though from them.

Basically if Doucoure is on it the team looks a threat in the final third.

If he's off the pace like last night it dosen't.
