We will need some of those points back in appeal as well as luck with injuries especially if as already made clear by thelwell, we do not need reinforcements

If Thelwell thinks this side is OK and we don`t need any strengthening we are in trouble... we`ve lost 10 of our 20 games this season!

I'm fairly confident he knows we need strengthening. It doesn't mean he has the resources to actually do it.

In reality today is a bad performance, we were very unlucky v Spurs, had a little go v City. unlucky to lose on pens v Fulham. All this rubbish about losing game after game for the next month is way over the top

he is absolutely right, look at the next 4 fixtures and tell me who we are going to beat

Villa are struggling to see off 10 man Burnley, like they did Sheff Utd, plus we’re 1 a piece in the head to head. Spurs were fortunate to beat us last Saturday, City weren’t looking like breaking us down until Foden’s rocket on Wednesday. There’s points there if we play more like we have in recent games rather than today
