Got sacked by Middlesbrough for having them bottom of the Championship didn’t he?

Then he had them in freefall the following season IIRC
I’m just posting fax guys.

I didn’t say he’s going to guide them to 9th again, because I don’t think he’s a very good manager.

I don’t remember what he done after that initial season tbh.
I just remember lids on here wanking over him when we were looking to sack Silva.

I think I was one of them TBF

Sky Sports reckon it’s going to be Wilder.

He finished 9th with Sheffield United in their first season back in the PL a few years ago.
They will finish bottom. No matter who they appointed.

Then they will sack wilder or whoever it ie and start again in the champs

I know it's boring and cliche, but 1 game at a time is all we can do.
Always has been
Luton very nearly beat the reds the other week. We have won 4 away games when no one expected that after 14 games. Unexpected results will happen and we need to look after our own results. If we do that over the winter, hopefully the table and then appeal will look after themselves.

We are capable of winning, drawing or losing any of our matches over the next month. Even the ones that look extremely tough on paper.

Exactly. I think you can argue their decisions were correct given their recent financial issues: Berge and Ndiaye were in the last year of their contracts and you’ve got to get some money.

And trousering the tv money and likely the parachute money is arguably correct too if lacking ambition: it’s a wedge that’ll sort the club out and you can spend 100m like Burnley did and barely get a team that’s fit for the league.

But having made those decisions and more or less accepted relegation I don’t know what more they could’ve expected.
I suppose they would argue Bournemouth were in a similar situation last year when Scott Parker had his strop after they lost 9-0 at Mordor, and then Gary O'Neil came in and kept them up.
