Mason has a lot of "previous" with us going back to the WBA home game 7/8 years ago at Goodison when he sent Arteta off,he is one that appears to revel in "winding" us up over those years,not surprised at all with that ridiculous decision for Boro's goal,but what gets me is these spineless assistant referees who stand there doing nothing.

Sunday league refs are better than this bloke! Shocking first half and just run around waving his arms around saying play on for everything in the second half! Shocking for the Middlesbrough goal and just looked back at Barry's booking! Just can't work out what he's saw!

Knew he messed up for their goal and was considerably less of a tit after the good arl fashioned "Goodison Snarl" made its return

Horrific ref though, and we're lucky his ineptitude didn't cost us any points

Howard Webb, a tit himself, said that of all the grounds for intimidation GP was the worst by far, with refs like Mason, Moss, Atkinson, Friend and Clattenburg about is it any wonder.

Mason was abysmal today, the longer the game went on the bigger the nipple on his head grew, after 90 minutes it stood up proud........aroused if you will

What a clown, hopefully we don't get stuck him with again for a while. He strutted around the pitch all game like he was the most important person in the stadium the bald cretin.

The fact that we turned the game on its head shortly after their goal has saved him from a major controversy, if we'd lost or drawn today you could bet the barn this would be poured over tonight on Match of the Day and tomorrow in the papers but I expect it will be brushed over now.
