They were clearly concerned about Cahill and complained from the off. At half-time Neville went to have a word with him and was chased away whilst he walked off the pitch. The ref left with his arm around maschareno's shoulder. Not good.

...thanks for that. I do agree with the post regarding 'chewing the ear off'. This is what they do right from the off but they are very subtle about it. Makes me laugh when I watch Man Uts games in their company and they moan at Utd players having a go at refs. They are the masters.
