Thanks. Yes I am going to keep at it as it has me hooked, just need that clear run of time to have a good go at it. I have actually just met that fella in the saloon with the photos, so will need to get that mission started. Trouble is I leave it a couple of weeks and completely forget what I was doing!
Is that app worth getting and running that alongside the game?

I downloaded the app and have never even opened it once!

Not played it in a while now. Completed the main story but need to go back and do the epilogue.

Plenty of replay value if only for stupid stuff like this....

Love it although I am very slow at it. About 15% through story. Map has not expanded out to the main cities yet.
I met a woman digging / collecting dinosaur bones, but can’t see me finding many dinosaurs bones to take to her. I wouldn’t even know where to find her again!,

I think I need to change my approach to this game. I never seem to have much money, ($100 or so dollars max at any time) have the same gun I started with and would rather run away from gangs who I keep coming across.

I am trying to be the good guy but don’t think that is the point of it? Any tips appreciated!

Money very quickly becomes pointless in it. Not a huge amount to buy and the guns you can buy don’t make much of a difference. The money basically becomes a vanity thing (I.e clothes, customising weapons). Just raise enough to get the fast travel map and do that as soon as you can. Saves quite a bit of time

Ive found 29 dinosaur bones and the last one just isn’t there. Fuuuuuming.

I couldn’t tame the white Arabian - tried about 20 times but kept chucking me off. Went and bought the black one but its died probably 3 times now.

Almost got all the cigarette cards, missing about 30 animals, 2 horses half the weapons and most of the plants bar a few orchids. Almost done the legendaries, some of those damn fish are hard to catch.

I’d live there if I could.

I only just finished chapter 3 last week, but what a finish it was. My mates rushed through it to get online and apparently it’s not that great. So glad I’ve taken it at a slow pace.

One of my favourite things to do is to go out hunting a specific animal for its pelt or horns etc. They can take hours to find but it’s so satisfying when you find a pristine animal and you get the perfect kill. It’s a really good way to see parts of the map you might not normally see as well.

I did the one fish mission with that fella with one leg, took me about an hour and have probably developed arthritis, swore after that I'd never bother catching anymore fish
