Chop up a bunch of mushrooms and saute in olive oil and garlic and sage, then add veggie stock and add flour (and a little butter) to make it thick. I think that's it.
Similar to mine but I add a splash of white wine when I'm sauteing my mushrooms. Going have to give it a try with fries sometime soon.
