There's not looking much, and then there's looking like we do now. We don't have a back 4, don't have a creative player and don't have a striker. Literally half a starting XI we're missing.

We are in bad shape at the moment but we just need strong leadership and getting the best out of this squad. Get in someone who can organise and motivate these players and we can move up the table and consolidate. I don't know who that person will be but we really need to get it right this time.
