As another 'ding resident (well I moved out to North Hampshire I'm hoping for general sale too.

With regards to pubs, they're all [Poor language removed] in Reading to be honest. Three Guineas is the best of a very bad bunch. The Madejski is stuck in the middle of what can only be described as a retail park 3 miles out of town. There'll be buses on no doubt.

It's a scary vision of what destination Kirkby would have been.
