Maybe that's my blindspot. And lack of self awareness might fit into it.

City is a good comp, but they actually win things. RS before a couple years ago were on a dry run but claimed they were winners. Same for Leipzig, but I see your point

Well watching the absolute dross that is Everton vs Rotherham has reminded me that it's a massive game in the Bundesliga today as RBL host Dortmund, 2nd vs 4th and a great chance for the Bulls to go top after Bayern slipped up last night. Still a very thin squad due to injuries with Laimer, Henrichs, Konate, Nkunku, Kluivert & Szoboszlai definitely out and Kampl & Mukiele a doubt. Dortmund are missing Bellingham, Hazard & Schmelzer.

With the injuries some more rumours have popped up lately with the club said to be interested in Hagi (Rangers) to cover for Szoboszlai, long-term target Simakan (Strasbourg) as defensive cover & a Summer move for Claudinho (RB Bragantino). CEO Mintzlaff came out this week and said there'd be no incomings this Winter or next Summer without player sales amid rumours one or both of Upamecano & Sabitzer could be sold to refresh the squad.

Game will be LIVE on BT Sport 1 @ 5.30pm and should be a cracker! Never confident about playing Dortmund, even more so than against Bayern for some reason, even harder with all the injuries. Snow fell last night though so looking beautiful over in East Germany.
