DoF/CEO Oliver Mintzlaff will step down (or up) on the 15th November to take up a governing role at Red Bull. Unsure if his entire position will be covered by Eberl or someone else is coming in. Quite a lot of criticism for Mintzlaff at times but he sure knew how to milk clubs out of money.

RBL Matchday

It's the start of the final league push before the World Cup and winter break hits with an away game vs Hoffenheim before matches against Freiburg and Werder and then no games till 20th January next year! Form is pretty good at the moment and a win gives them a shot of making it into the Top 4 for the first time this season depending on other results but Hoffenheim just a point behind and have a pretty mean defence. Battle of the Summer full-back war with Angelino and Raum going up against each other (loan players aren't blocked in Germany) and I actually don't have to deal with Kevin Kampl fume for once either. Think a draw may be on the cards here. Absolutely no idea on the lineup since there are 4 centre halves playing and 3 of them are left-footed?

Olmo finally gets his goal. RBL are super dangerous on the break and with Hoff pushing for an equaliser they are punished. Szobo pushes right up the pitch, Olmo hits an unstoppable drive.

Erm Sesko is joining in the Summer from Salzburg but he's a proper striker not quite Nkunku's style. The team will need some big big reinforcements in Jan/Summer as Nkunku will leave, Laimer will leave and probably Gvardiol as well. The squad is so, so thin already though and a few big injuries.

Started today with a left-back at left-back, a left-back at right-back AND a left-back in centre mid lol
