After watching how horribly wrong some loans have gone, this one has to set some sort of standard for most production in that amount of time.

I'd say a 9.

Short of taking a player of the caliber of a Ronaldo, Messi, or Kaka on loan, you're not going to get that kind of production & chemistry out of anyone in just 10 weeks with a completely new team.
