Could be the Real Evertonians or the ******* (KEIOC) forum. The KEIOC banned me from their forum. I wonder why? The admin on real Evertonians asked me to post the details there and write an article for them. I did.

Serious question IC. Why do you think you generate this reaction?

As I though. You initially responded reasonably well then went downhill.

Have you anything to add the thread topic?

I went downhill because you started making ridiculous arguments, and your style is annoying. The fact that you post the same thing over and over on multiple forums just creeps me out.

KEIOC banned you John because you filled up their site with spam relating to rail.

There was nothing more sinister about it than that.

KEIOC is an organisation interested in either remoddelling Goodison, or 'new build' stadium design. They couldn't give two flying ****s for your Outer Loop trainset and did not appreciate you shoe-horning it into the stadium debates.

For the same reasons, you have been banned from other sites. People interested in reading about the Merseytram project or Liverpool Waters scheme are not interested in seeing your pet projects shoe-horned into those discussions either.

Do you not see that you alienate more people than you bring onboard by your silly attitude???

John tell everyone what you think about Goodison being a disgrace to the community of Walton that MUST be got rid of otherwise Walton would remain a "shithole". Remember when you claimed that if a fire broke out around Goodison, people would be burnt to death and crushed in a mass panic in the street?

This is a part of the tactic. Attempting to discrediting anyone who saying anything bad about GP. GP is heaven. GP is our emotional home, etc, etc.

I'll see if I can get him back to the points - he goes on about irrelevant tunnels. Have you anything to add to the thread topic?

They ban anyone who opposes their views. That is why other forums will not allow them on at all. Because the likes of you turns up with insults. One KEIOC man on this forum has had two cards so far regarding the stadium since I have been here. To form, instant insults arrived.

For the same reasons, you have been banned from other sites.

Getting banned from KEIOC is a privilege. I openly told everyone here.

Do you have anything to add to the thread topic?

The arguments are sound - beyond logical dissection.. I had to keep repeating it as it was like talking to children with some. They did not tread the posts they were responding to. I find you annoying as well.

I've said repeatedly on various sites that Goodison Park is not up to standard for Everton FC anymore and we need to move, so your GFE accusations are quite wrong.

The only site in Liverpool in the city centre, that is brownfield and has enough space for a 60,000 seat stadium WITH the enabling retail is at the derelict Clarence Dock site.

Clarence Dock is twice the size of Kings Dock where they were going to build a 55,000 seat stadium. It would be quite possible to build a stadium, retail area, cafes and bars and some towers (featuring a hotel) there and still have space over. The scheme could replicate Melbourne Docklands hugely successful scheme where they built the 55,000 seat Aussie Rules stadium and Cricket Ground.

Now....whats your opinion of that idea? You could use that as the business case to reopen the Waterloo tunnel which is 100 metres over the dock road under CostCo.

DON'T AVOID THE QUESTION. YOU ACCUSE ME OF BEING A GOODISON FOREVER MEMBER. WHAT IS YOUR OPINON OF A DOCK BASED CITY CENTRE STADIUM???

Ask the KEIOC people. They do this constantly you have been told that. You can see that. A guy appears from nowhere and starts insults. Does the penny drop? It is a set procedure.

Have you anything to add to the thread topic?

Our KEIOC agent is obviously trying to get to 20 posts.

Ok well I don't have anything to do with KEIOC.

On to the thread topic. Why are you against a dock based city centre location for Everton's new stadium?

It seems like they all follow the party line. When the knew EFC were moving , they wanted a delay so said only inside the city limits - Kirkby was built by Liverpool Corporation and effectively a part of the city.

So someone there said the Loop site. The worse one ever.

It must be now the Clarence Dock that is now the focus. Go back on the thread and you will see that this site is in a World Heritage Site with plans made and being looked at by the planners - which has no stadium. English Heritage the UN (UNSECO) would have kittens if a stadium was to be planned for there. The World Heritage status would be rescinded.

This must be the latest delay tactic of the KEIOC. Clarence Dock, Clarence Dock, when they know they cannot get it.

Who with brains would want a stadium in a world heritage site when the Outer Loop is vastly superior? Then all the delay and long inquires from the heritage people, etc.

Have you anything to add to the thread topic?

I have no connection to KEIOC, just as you have no connection to the city of Liverpool or Everton FC you Milton Keynes home-counties Kopite ****.

I appeared on this website because you are THAT notorious, people have passed comment on you infecting yet another forum and I popped in to witness your inevitable mental breakdown!

ARF!!!

See my recent post on the dock. There is no plan for it. Plans are going through right now which has no stadium. Peel, the owners, have said a stadium will be built. They have other ideas dictated to by the UN.

Melbourne put a stadium near the waterfront. They have rapid-transit to it. Mentioned by me on this thread. Liverpool's Docks are a World Heritage Site. Very sensitive.

Think to yourself, why would anyone be pushing that?

As I said Pro-Kirkby. Pro getting "dirty hooligan" football fans away from communities in Liverpool.

Really? City centre site. 5 minute walk from Lime Street and all the rapid rail you need.

Ebngosh Heritage the UN (UNSECO) would have kitten if a stadium was to be planned for there.

As I said earlier: A heritage loon.

Of course World Heritage Site status is irrelevant since they built an arena at Kings Dock, well within the WHS protection zone. Also the council have already explained that WHS status doesn't mean modern buildings and arenas can't be built on docks. They are proposing to build skyscrapers on Central and North Docks at Liverpool Waters.

This must be the latest delay tactic of the KEIOC. Clarence Dock, Clarence Dock, when they know they cannot get it.

I think KEIOC want a redeveloped Goodison myself....and I think that's what Bill Kenwright now wants.

Who with brains would want a stadium in world heritage site when the Outer Loop is vastly superior? The all the delay and inquired from the heritage people, etc.[/B]

Sounds familliar.
