Pleased Celtic got back to winning ways midweek and putting that blip on Sunday behind them. Think Armstrong (despite his goal) and Simunovic (SP?) will be sold in January.
As for Rangers (Sevco) I think Pulis would do a good job. Murty has done okay to be fair, beating Aberdeen twice was unexpected and they smashed the Sheep! Fair play! Somehow, they ended up beating Hibs (Even though they didn't deserve it) but they lost all momentum losing at home to St Johnstone.
Celtic on course to clean up on the domestic front. I much prefer Celtic over Rangers, on account of the bullish, angry group of Rangers fans I met in a pub at the Lake District. Once they knew I was English they started singing GSTQ (Which was funny at first but after singing it for 10 minutes straight it become a bit weird) They told me how they're the most successful side of all time. When I talked about my club (Sunderland) they just spoke over me and went back to rantings about how they hate Celtic, Scotland football club, Aberdeen, Chris Sutton, Labour, Police, sprouts on their Xmas dinner and whatever else I missed out. They were odd and very angry. I wasn't sure if they were being passive aggressive towards me or if they were just having a laugh! Was delighted when they finally left as they were getting more and more loud and spilling drinks etc. That's just a bad experience I'm sure, 99% are probably sound
Been up to Celtic Park a good few times and my personal experience is very good. Much more open-minded and less aggressive. Had no bother at all in my 5 visits (Twice when they played Sunderland in a friendly and 3 Champions League nights as my dad is a fan) However, I'm not daft, there's obviously a few idiots amongst their ranks too (I'll not get into politics as the mod has previously warned against that) and there was minor skirmishes when Celtic played Sunderland in a pre-season friendly. So, there's good and bad in all support really.
Ideally, I'd like to see Rangers stronger, for more excitement but ultimately I want Celtic to prosper over Rangers. I won't lose any sleep if Celtic get beat though.
Pulis would have Rangers getting back to basics and would bring out the best in mediocre players like Windass. They need to drop Alves though - Guy is finished and turns slower than the Titantic!
