Not in Scotland and England, the 2 FA's have an agreement. He can only hold 10% of Rangers whilst he still has control of Newcastle

Yes.

But the bloke asked if a person was allowed to own club in different leagues per se.

And whilst it seems there is an agreement between England and Scotland, that rule clearly isn't a FIFA diktat as Mansoor owns clubs in England, Australia and the USA.

Mind you, it would be interesting to see someone like Ashley challenge the two British F.A. on this issue.

You would think m'learned friends would be able to overturn their agreement being as owning clubs in different leagues doesn't appear to be against general FIFA policy.
