Before anyone says "contact Amazon" I already am, but just wondering if anyone has had a similar issue to me.

Basically woke up yesterday morning to an email from Amazon of an order being ready for like 5x screen protectors through Amazon Marketplace but costing me nothing. I thought i was bogus so clicked on it which went through to my Amazon app and managed to cancel the order. When I log on the website via browser this sits in my "Cancelled Orders" section.

Woke up today and I have another similar order, Amazon Marketplace, zero cost but can't cancel as already dispatched for April delivery. However neither yesterday and today's orders appear in my Your Orders page nor my Open Orders tab but of course the first is visible in my Cancelled Orders tab.

I have 2-Step security on my account as well.

Anyone seen anything similar? Orders with really weird sellers "kunmingjinbomenzhubaoyouxiangongsi".

It's called 'Brushing' and it's a scam, your account has been compromised and you need to change everything, and just because it says the items don't cost anything someone will have to pay for them and that person will most probably be you mate.

Yeah that is a good place to start, it happened to a friend mostly with daft stuff like you are getting and she changed everything on her account and spoke to someone at Amazon but there have been cases of it where people have had illegal items end up on their doorstep and the Police end up getting involved and it starts getting messy.

Have you thought about not doing anything about it and see what if anything turns up, then sell it on e bay.

Cheers. I've managed to beef up my security, signed out of all my logins (phone and 2x PC's) and rang Amazon who were pretty useless to be fair telling me I had placed the orders at 4am (fast asleep) and they don't have the technology to show the location of said purchase which would have been helpful. Have to wait 1-2 days for an email from Amazon now.
