R/S lose again....

Don't tempt fate. It's only pre-season.

And let's see how we do against a decent team. So far we've only played championship teams, or the equivalent. Wolfsburg will be a good test.

The RS - the gift that keeps on giving.

RS's best effort - an 88th minute header that went wide. Bringing on the kiddies (Sterling, 15 year old) - according to RS TV "investment in youth" but the reality is their 50 man squad is so piss poor they are calling on the kids. Sterling picked up a yellow card for a rash challenge. With Aurelio, newly re-signed on a 2 year deal to cover the gap at left back, made captain the RS struggled to hold perennial Bundesliga basement dwellers BMG to 1-0. 3 pre-season friendlies - 1 draw 2 defeats - NO GOALS.

They did beat the baddie off of Sonic in the Europa League though
 
Ain't nothing about tempting fate.

The [Poor language removed]'s true colors started to show last year once they stopped getting the calls and didn't make the Champions League.

They'll finish 9th this season and the shine will definitely be off.
 

If they have to restructure, it might mean they stop casting their net in the Spanish youth systems and start looking at prospects on Merseyside. Simply put, I'd much rather have them foraging for whoever in South America than competing with us for the next batch of Rooneys and Rodwells.
