I always go a bit quiet when we get beat, I get pissed off and don't want to read any negative nigels and there --
"We should have....."
"He could have...."
& best of all..
"I would have...."
So after a defeat, I dissapear for a while
I'm the same - take a 2 day break after a disappointing result, specially if I feel we played well and were a little unfortunate. Helps me forget.
Doesn't work as well as Scotch, but costs less
