In a way, yes it would. everyone played like [Poor language removed] against wigan but its done and cant be changed. Go to anfield, dominate them all over the park and win 3-0. Give us memories of seamie flying past red tw@ts and sexy kevs smiling face after he's rifled in a beauty. Give us that and I'll forgive wigan.

yes yes yes yes yes yes, no

yes, because we would never of beaten city at wemberley.

In our last 6 games at the Etihad we've won 4, drew 1 and lost 1. Why could we not beat them at Wembley?

Nope. It'd be boss obviously but nothing will make up for that Wigan game.

It would for me because it's one of the things you aim for at the start of the season - beat Liverpool. Win and it's job done.

Beating Wigan would've left us two wins from the real target and in itself would've been just one step in a journey to another of the things you aim for at the start of the season.

A definate NO.
IF we lose to liverpool at least its to a team thats on a par with us, but to lose so badly to a team heading for relagation in the one chance we had of silverware it will take me a long time to get over.

Remember that feeling when Z-cars was booming out round Wembley???

Beating the RS will never, ever come close to that. Unless it's at Wembley!

It'd be great, but of course not.

That Wigan game summed up all what's wrong with David Moyes neatly in 90 minutes.

1. Sh*tting it in cup competitions in general.
2. Failing to rally the troops when it really mattered.
3. Failing to live with the "favourites" tag.
4. Playing Phil f*cking Neville in midfield.
5. Being c*nty about his inclusion afterward.
