This is awful news for this bloke and it should be noted that he wasn't always " advanced" and a psa test at an earlier date may well have given him treatment that gave him the chance to not go on to be " advanced"

Advanced prostate cancer is cancer that has spread from the prostate to other parts of the body. It develops when prostate cancer cells move through the blood stream or lymphatic system.
Its not curable anymore but can be controlled and symptoms managed.
For him , a lot now depends on where it has spread to.
Go and get tested.
