Which country has the highest percentage of the dim, ignorant, intolerant and angry as a percentage of population?

Agreed, although in my limited experience over the last few weeks they're far from the most unpleasant.

The Americans are all day but unfortunately some peoples opinions of them are formed by the loons who run the country and the plant pots in the telly.

USA is my view. But since Maggie T randomly decided back in the 80s that we should copy the US education system, famed for not being that good for the majority* I'm pretty certain England is now not that far behind. Just look at the absolute muppets that not only get into Westminster these days - but also get the top jobs. Not only are they dim and incapable of creating coherent thinking, it doesn't reflect well on the populous brains that vote them in.

*yeah it does well for the few, NASA is testament to that - there are clearly very clever people in both populations, but the rest? Pffft!
