What’s everyone’s thoughts on this £14.99 PPV for Premier League Fixtures?

As if we don’t allready pay enough with Sky Sports, BT Sports, Amazon Prime etc.

Also I know we are getting a refund in stages throughout the season but I don’t appreciate being asked to pay to watch games iv essentially allready paid to see.

I get there’s illegal streams online but they do my head in buffering and with commentary in foreign languages.

They’ll be in no rush to get fans back in if they can cream £14.99 a game for the rest of the season.

I’d probably stump £5/10 given the current circumstances but £14.99? Outrageous!!

Think steep is an understatement.

£60 a month over a season?

Compare it value wise to a boxing PPV for £20.

Problem is everyone will moan about it but still pay it, probably myself included.

I doubt it, as many streams are from foreign tv chs, nbc etc

That is all it is mate, taking the mick milking the fans wanting more money - if they get it, when they know how bad the times we are currently in are. Many will defo pay it as they wont want to miss out seeing there team play, when somewhere down the line if the results of how many people have been watching these PPVS are any good, they will in the end probably use that to go PPV in the the Future

That’s the fear. If they make more money this way why even bother with fans in the ground.

The clubs all voted for it too. Leicester were the only ones who voted against it so can’t just blame the premier league for being money grabbers.
