Just about to kick off here with West Ham vs. Tottenham.

Must be some sort of ban on betting in China, not that surprising I guess and Spurs have no sponsor on their jerseys which now look even worse than they do usually!...

I like that West Ham have been smart and have The Bobby Moore fund put on the front of theirs rather than SBOBET - apparently they do that on their childrens sized replicas instead of just having them blank...

Spurs have Naughton starting on the right wing in front of Hutton - bastards are just rubbing it in now!...
 

Only a friendly, but this is great though, get in from work just in time for kick-off instead of the usual 8/9/10pm or 4am for midweek games!...

Pavlychenko starts for Spurs - surely playing to either prove himself worth keeping or to attract suitors.

Luis Jimenez playing for West Ham, heard good things, might throw him in my fantasy team if he looks up for it.

Yes its great for me also, the kids have just fecked off out, so I can sit on my fat ass and watch 2 prem teams go at it, luveeeeeeeeeeeeeeely.
 
11 min in - Boa Morte's done his knee, looked nasty, stretchered off & won't be surprised if that's him out for months.
 

His mind elsewhere maybe?. Hope Naught puts three own goals into the net.

very hot and humid conditions. slow as arse game. naughton was taken off after about 70 mins. only saw the second half. he did nothing of note in it tbh.
 
15seconds: Bright start as O'Hara played wide to Naughton, cross forced Green to tip over.

13.12: CLOSE - SPURS. Hutton progress down the right, played back to Naughton who drilled across Green and inches wide from just inside box.

24.13: CHANCE - SPURS. O'Hara did well down the left, took his time and picked out Naughton far post, he cushioned volley back into the danger area but Pavlyuchenko failed to connect six yards out.

42.15: CLOSE - SPURS. Excellent stuff from Naughton, who carried the ball from deep before moving it on to Modric, 30 yards out, left of centre, took it forward a few steps before curling just wide.

63.51: Faubert's cross found Cole, he tried to nod back to supporting Collison but Naughton back to avert danger.

that is the only thing i saw naughton do. he should nat have got any where near it as cole with the goal at his mercy for some reason tried to pick out another west ham player behind him with a cushioned header.
 
9 GOAL GEOVANNI - After a slow start Geovanni brings the game screaming to life. He picks up a sloppy clearance 25-yards out and unleashes an unstoppable drive past Zhi Yang. Hopefully that will be a sign of things to come!
