I'd say the new format is perfectly workable. I know many people appreciated my efforts but this one is very good and easy enough. I suggest that, unless there is a big call for me to continue to run the Tipster we should all migrate to this one. Happy to take a back seat and perhaps run a Knock Out competition only. If people want to comment feel free to do so. I am obliged that you name check me btw.

I have indicated that I might want to know whether there is any cost associated with using this (elsewhere). Kindly let me know what it entails.

It's your ball mate.

Anything I can provide/do to facilitate, give me a shout. As explained, the back-end (fixture input/score entering) is covered externally. All I do really is add any desired leagues, and adjust point system as appropriate.

Unfortunately, you couldn't use this system on other Everton websites as its dedicated to this forums software. Their forum wont support it. Other than pointing them here (better check with their forum admin prior!), you'd need to still do what you do on their website.

At the moment I'm slightly averse to running a Head to Head League this coming season - firstly I can see how successful the Prediction Game was over the World Cup (suggesting it's going to work again) and secondly there were some problems with the Tipster last season (and yes, I'll take some of the blame). It can work if people are willing to post scores in the new application and I'll transfer the personal Weekly Results into a League table (publishing the Head to Head fixtures in advance of course) but we need a finite number of players - people come and people go so it gets messy if others want to join in later and some people get fed up with it.... Probably we need everyone to be onside.

If however you feel the system can cope with a Head to Head League - with Weekly Fixtures (Player A v Player B) set up by yourself then it could be run without all the chasing people to do their scores. I remain open to persuasion - let's see how people feel.

And, I should add, it's an excellent piece of software.
